PolyЯRon BL is a high molecular weight, highrange multi-purpose superplasticizer based on polycarboxylic ether polymers, specially developed for blocks with low cement content. The product is suitable for the production of pavers, tiles, hollow blocks manufactured by wet mix method. At the same time, PolyЯRon BL accelerates the strength development and reduces the cycle time. The unique principle of action on the cement grain exploits the hydration potential of cement resulting in higher early strengths and shorter curing times.

Dosage

The normal dosage is 0.3 to1 litres per 100kg cement which includes replacements (if any) such as microsilica, GGBFS,calcined clay (metakolin) and fly ash.
