Description

PolyЯRon PC300 is a mid range water reducing and retarding plasticiser based on polycarboxylic ether which was specially designed for improving the concrete flow ability and strength by improving the properties of fresh and hardened concrete. It increases the dispersion of cement particles by electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance that enables the water content in the concrete to perform to maximum efficiency accounting to lesser water-cement ratio with improved workability.

Dosage

The normal dosage is 0.5 to 1.8 litre per 100kg cement. The optimum dosage should be determined by conducting laboratory/site trials considering proposed mix design, ambient conditions and performance requirement such as workability, early rate of hardening and compressive strength.
